Kent and
Maria Carr are authors, counselors and workshop leaders. They
both hold an honorary Ph.D from the Instituto Internacional de
Bio-Integracao. Kent is a certified NLP practitioner. He is the founder
of the Hibiscus Clinic in South Dade, Florida--a non-profit treatment
facility for drug addicts. He is also a Jungian astrologer and teacher with
over 30 years of experience. In addition to his other talents, Kent is
a Web Designer. His primary focus at present is building sites for creative
artists. Maria is a certified hypnotherapist.
She has worked with a wide spectrum of humanity: from pre-schoolers to
maximum security prisoners in Miami, Florida. Together they are the creators
of a new somatic method called Arcosoma©
They have also created The CAT Method© or Core Archetypal
Transformation, an interactive dialogue therapy dealing with psychological
parts. Both have
appeared on radio and television. Most recently they were interviewed
on Tina Carey's "Inside Mystic Sisters" cable TV show in Pasadena.
In June 2003 their book, Unraveling Collective Confusion, Archetypes and
Issues was the book of the month at Pacifica Graduate Institute, home of
the Joseph Campbell library.
